Students enrolling in this course can take their actual MCAT after May 13th once the class ends. If students plan on taking the MCAT over the Summer, they can have access until then as well. The class will be held on Sunday afternoons from 5pm-8pm at Skidmore. Kaplan needs a minimum of 12 students to run this class on campus.
If the minimum requirement is not reached, the enrolled students can take the classroom anywhere option which is a live online class. This live online class is the same exact class as the on- site class. Students receive the same books, online resources and practice tests. The classroom anywhere schedule is also Sunday at 5pm and will end in May. Students can see a demonstration of how the classroom anywhere class works by visiting kaptest.com/liveonline and clicking on view demo next to the MCAT.
The cost of the on site class at Skidmore will be $1800. Skidmore students receive a 10% discount due to this relationship with the pre-med club. The cost of the classroom anywhere option is the same price as the on site option. Students can pay in full or make 3 payments over the course of 3 months. Books will be shipped out once a student enrolls. The schedule of the on-site class will be as follows:
2/5, 2/12, 2/19, 2/26, 3/4, 3/18, 3/25, 4/1, 4/8, 4/15, 4/22, 4/29, 5/6 and 5/13
Students will take at least 5 practice tests throughout the course and that will be done on your own time but before certain classes. These practice tests are available through your online resources. There will also be 3 strategy sessions that will be scheduled at a later date and there will be many dates to choose from and these will be through our classroom anywhere format. All Kaplan students take these 3 strategy sessions through our classroom anywhere option.

Students will be notified immediately after 2/1 if the students need to move to the classroom anywhere option.
