Interviews & Informational Meetings for WALL STREET INTERNSHIP & FULL-TIME opportunities (note: all interviews and informational meetings will be held in Starbuck. Please come to Career Services to sign in)
  • 3:45PM – 6:05PM - Informational meetings with Morgan Stanley (Juniors only - 20 minute time slots, sign up is first-come-first-serve). Please sign up through CareerLink by clicking “events”, “workshops”, and selecting “Informational Meetings with Morgan Stanley”. Choose a time slot and click “RSVP”. The schedule will be open for sign up on Tuesday, January 24th, 2012 at 12:00PM. These informational meetings will help Juniors learn more about summer internship opportunities at Morgan Stanley. The internships are listed as a job posting in CareerLink. Deadline to apply is Sunday, January 29 at 11:59PM. Follow the directions to apply in the attached document.

  • 3:45PM – 7:00PM – On-campus interviews with JP Morgan for summer internship opportunities (30 minute time slots by invitation only). THIS IS ON-CAMPUS RECRUITING. The deadline to apply has already passed, and was on Sunday, January 15th, at 11:59PM. If you applied and were invited to interview, you will have already received an email with instructions on how to sign up for a time slot.

  • 5:15PM – 7:00PM – On-campus interviews with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney for the Full-time Financial Advisor Associate position (Seniors only - 20 minute time slots by invitation only). THIS IS ON-CAMPUS RECRUITING and is listed in CareerLink. Deadline to apply is Monday, January 23 at 11:59PM. Follow the directions to apply in the attached document. You will be contacted if you are invited to interview with more information to follow.
Please note, for any of the opportunities listed, you must apply to the Skidmore College CareerLink website AND through each company’s website as well. Candidates not submitting to both websites will not be considered.

Business casual attire is required to attend the panel and event. Please see the attached document for guidelines and suggestions. If you are selected for an on-campus interview, or if you sign up for an informational meeting, Career Services strongly suggests that you dress in business formal (i.e., suit).

Please feel free to come into Career Services for drop-in hours every day from 2:00PM – 4:00PM beginning the first day of classes with any questions so that a career counselor may assist you. If you are selected to interview, we strongly suggest that you contact Career Services to request an appointment for a mock interview. The webinar will be led by
Blue Chip Career Mentor Charlie Trisiripisal, who started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs and later worked as a banker at Citigroup. While at Citigroup, he was a member of the firm’s Analyst Training Committee. Since investment banking, Charlie has been a Vice President at a multi-billion dollar hedge fund and is a co-founder of and partner at a New York-based hedge fund.
